A Busy Summer...Already!
On May 15th our first group of interns arrived in Dar Es Salaam and began the one week trek cross country to Mwanza. As this group wraps up their time here we begin to see more visitors arriving in what may be our busiest summer in recent memory. We have already had Dr. Sonny Guild come through filming for a documentary for the Halbert Institute of Missions at ACU. Currently a team from Landmark church in Alabama is busy in their work for the Lord here and its not yet even July! As we approach the end of June we prepare to welcome another Survey team from Harding University in Searcy, AK and later Bruce Smith who will be teaching an AIDS seminar. Our summer will wrap up with supporters from all of our home congregations congregating in Mwanza for an interest meeting concerning the current work and its future. We are EXCITED! We ask all of you to pray for our visitors this summer as well as the team that there is saftey in travel and the work of the Lord is increased exponetially by the presence of His servants.

New and Improved Web Page!!!
As the team's self appointed web designer (though there seems to be a shortage of applicants for that covetous title) I must offer an apology and beg on the mercy of our faithful supporters who have stood by patiently waiting for a functional and updated web page. I could offer a list of excuses for this oversight but in the end I neither have the time nor energy to come up with anything better than, "A ferret ate my Laptop!!!" Since you are reading this you are sure to realize just how hollow that sounds so instead of further excuses I am offering again my sincere apology to our supporters, my teammates, and my family who have all had to indure through my, "I am planning on hoping on maybe, possibly getting around to it sometime in the near or not too distant future." and a promise to try to be more diligent about keeping the information and appearance both timely and appealing.
